The Challenge
To developing an end-to-end, gold-standard hygiene program for a practice owner launching her first clinic, curating the absolute best in technology, establishing elevated diagnostic protocols, and fostering strong confidence within a newly assembled team.
Our Strategic Approach
We began with an in-depth assessment to align on Dr. Dora's vision, practice goals, culture, and patient care standards. From there, we built a custom hygiene department blueprint, hand-selecting advanced instrumentation and technology, establishing a complete Standard of Care with billing protocols, and delivering hands-on, in-office team training on biofilm management and periodontal programming. To elevate the patient journey, we developed a unique OHI Program, which is now our signature Denta Drop Program.
We delivered and educated on sections of the project incrementally. Through interactive team activities, hands-on biofilm management training, and engaging in-office workshops.
