To maximize the 2-hour training covered by Henry Schein, we were brought in to facilitate our specialized Basic Training program. Combining interactive clinical education with dynamic, hands-on intraoral instruction, our high-energy learning experience had the entire hygiene team excited to elevate their daily biofilm management.

The Challenge
Onboarding an entire clinical team onto four new high-tech units simultaneously can easily lead to anxiety, inconsistent technique, or slow adoption if not handled with care. The goal was to deliver a comprehensive, high-impact clinical training session within a focused 3-hour window, ensuring every team member felt completely comfortable, skilled, and enthusiastic about implementing their new intraoral techniques right away.

Our Strategic Approach
Our curriculum included:
- Hour 1 (Interactive Education): We broke down biofilm management principles, unit ergonomics, maintenance, and the clinical "why" behind the UC500L technology in an engaging group format.
Hour 2 (Hands-On Clinical Coaching): We got right into the operatory for live intraoral technique practice. Team members received immediate, personalized feedback on angle, adaptation, and patient comfort strategies, keeping the energy light, supportive, and fun throughout.
